Can you visit this link and make sure the conditions are suitable, if so then register at our support forum ('Register' link at the top of the page). You should already have registered if you have downloaded our software already.





Once logged in at the forum please re-visit the conditions and if suitable, accept and complete the application. We can send the keys immediately upon receipt of the submission, if all is well.

I have already received your applications and have sent the acceptance emails a few hours ago. Can you check your email. I sent to "gzingale__at__studenti.unict.it".





If you are not recieving the emails please ask your system admin is our domain is blacklisted. The emails would have been from aa__at__chemaxon.com"

I see you have deleted your personal email address from your academic package application. I do not know how to send the license file links to you without it (your institutional email address was not working).





Can you update the application again and add this information

Sorry for the delay in responding I have been on vacation and did not ping colleagues to track this section of the forum in my absence, my apologies.





Can I ask if you have applied for the academic package? (see above for instructions). FYI the software you download will work in a limited way but in order to access all functionality you need a license file and this is provided when you apply for the academic package.
