My name listed on license holders. But I am unable to find license key and my caluculator plugin sir. Please help.

I checked through the email you have "[email protected]" and I have issued the keys/license file to you on March 9th (I also sent way back on 4th Feb). Perhaps the attachment caused your email system to stop the mail or we are on a spam list.





Can you tell me if you received my mail, also let me know if the license file was attached (perhaps stripped by system admin). Can you advise





Also it may help but please advise your system admin that ChemAxon.com is a trusted domain.

No I am afraid not - we need to see some connection between the applicant and the institute they are enrolled at. I also need at least one working email address (to send the key) so using a dummy email address does not help.





Does your institute provide institute related email addresses to students? If not then I can accept your supervisor's institute email address. If this is not suitable/available then I can fax the key to you but the fax number I will use will be publically listed as belonging to your institute and you should include this in your application (I can confirm the fax number through visiting the site/web search for the number)





I hope this is suitable and sorry for the additional works

Our institution does not provide institution email id to all students. So I used my principal emil id


to download academic package. Sir, kindly send license key and calculator plug in license to fax number (+92-452-2312375) or our principal mail id ([email protected].).
