Can you check your email - I sent a couple of emails to your registration address earlier this month explaining why we cannot issue under the current conditions - I explain again if you did not receive these.





Your institutional email address is related to a commercial web service and not to your institution. For us to issue keys we need to be sure that they are being used for academic purposes.





If you are unable to get an institutional email address at your institution we can accept other forms of relationship such as:

• Faxing the license keys to a fax number listed on the institution website (please send the link and identify the number (if there is more than one fax number listed on the page))
• Accepting your supervisors email address or a common email address for the department - such as "[email protected]
• Scientific articles describing your academic association and listing your current - non institutional - email address
• We can issue the keys by post to the academic address but this is not preferred.

I understand you do not have email addresses. We need to connect you to an academic institution and to do this we normally do is ask that either:

• update your application with your supervisor/department head's email address (if they have an email address related to the academic institution ie "[email protected]") and we send the link to the keys to this address, for your attention
• you provide a web page for your institution which lists a fax number and we send a fax to that number and you confirm receipt.

Can you provide this?

Sorry but this is not enough, there is no connection between you and your institution with this and because all functionality is provided we need to make sure that this is a genuine academic applicant.





Can I ask why the fax solution is not suitable, your institution does have such facilities (see this page).





Sorry to be difficult here but we need to be sure. I hope you understand.

Can you revisit your application and update with citations - I assume this is academic research.The instructions are below

Looking at your message it looks like this license is shared around - this is not allowed. Please ask your colleagues to apply for their own license, there is no problem for any number of applicants from the same institute or department.

Regarding the reactor file the instructions will be in the updated aplication acceptance
