This academic email address is already in use.

Hi,
I'm trying to update my academic licence but I'm getting a message saying  "This academic email address is already in use" when I submit the application form. 

Could you please help out with this ?

Dear Grace,

You have used your @gmail.com account to the first registration, and now you are logged in with your academic account, hence the system says it's already in use.

I've moved your academic license to this account so you may renew your application.
