Academic licence re-newing problem

To whom it may concern,


I just tried to re-new my academic licence of the Marvin bean suite, but only received an error message that my professional mail address is already used. See attachment


Which is true honestly, since I'm registered user for very long time already, but this year I had to re-register since my old account (non mail-form user name) didn't  work any longer.


So, how do I have to proceed?

I've reassigned your licenses to your new account. You may now apply for a new academic license with the new one if necessary.

I got a similar problem here. My old license expired and I am trying to renew it. But the webpage told me my .edu email is already in use. Could you please help me address this issue? Thanks so much!

Hi Jane,


The reason behind this is because you used your academic address with another account. I've moved your license to this new one, so you are now able to extend it. 


If you experience similar issue, please make sure you are using the same account what you have registered your first academic license with.
