Academic license still pending

Hello,

I was wondering how long it takes before reviewing a license application and approving it. I had apply for it about a month ago, and I re-applied a few days ago; just in case the first time something went wrong.

Unfortunately, your first application is not recorded in our system. Based on your second application you are eligible for our academic package so you will revive the license shortly.

Hi,

I have applied for the academic license on Oct 7th, I got a mail that my application is under review. May I know how long it takes to review an application. I am curious to use this suite so kindly consider my issue.

Hello, I had a previous account with the e-mail: tradu _at_ icsi.ro. This email was terminated following the complete migration on a new email server and now is not reachable.

 

Since my old licences expired, I tried to get a new account and new licenses with the new email: radu.tamaian _at_ icsi.ro

The problem is that my application was automatically rejected by your server: looks like the licenses exists for this email but, I can not see them under my profile!

My last references citing ChemAxon are:
