Received Confirmation Email, still no Academic License

Dear Sir or Madam,


I have applied for an academic License, and also received the notification email that I have been granted a Chemaxon academic license. But when going to My Licenses, I only see the evaluation licenses I created.


Yet I did receive the email with the notification.


Could you please check if my license was generated and if not, provide my academic license for download?

There might have been a technical issue, we've regenerated your license, please have a look again under "My licenses" and see if it appeared.
