Recieved the confirmation email, still no license

So, I applied and was granted a 2 year license, but when going to My Licenses, I only see an old evaluation license from a couple months ago. I did recieve the email telling me to go download the license. Any clues?

Thanks for letting us know about it. I checked in our system and it seems that your license wasn't generated... It happens sometimes - something must have gone wrong in our automatism.

Anyway, I regenerated your license, in theory you should have received a notification email again from us. This time I hope everything will be fine with your license.
