WiileyPlus question not working

For a molecular modeling question it says:

This response cannot be accepted by the system at this time. Clear your response and try again. Make sure to wait for the drawing tool applet to fully load before attempting to resubmit. 

 

I have gone in and out of wileyplus to try and fix the question but it keeps saying that same message.

I don't think we can help here - it doesn't look like any type of error message our software generates. I think you should be contacting Wiley for support in this instance
