Download results button at chemicalize.org

I have discovered that Download results button at chemicalize.org does not work equally for different compounds. Mostly it generates zip file with mol structure, smiles, inchi and calculated properties. But for some compounds it (zip-file) contains only mol structure (no smiles, inchi, formula, properties etc). Examples of such compounds: acetic acid and toluene.

Is it possible to adjust the work of Download results button? All the available data is needed in sdf file.

The issue should be resolved by now, it was related to caching results. If you still see this issue with any molecule, please let us know!

I've tried just two examples that I had cited above. Acetic acid is now working while toluene is not :( Therefore I suppose that there will be other compounds with only mol structure and without all other data.

I can see smiles, inchi, formula and properties for toulene.

What exactly are you missing?
Can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Please see the downloaded file as an attachment to this post (I have searched "toluene" then clicked "Download results" button). Main.sdf in the archive contains only mol.

Thanks for sending me the file, it helped. I found the actual issue which is related to concurrency. This time your issue should be definitely fixed!
