How to use chemicalize.org?
There are 2 primary ways to use the service. From the landing page (www.chemicalize.org) you can type or paste any web page URL or a chemical name or chemical file content (limited file type support). Depending on which you will be served either:
- web page URL: A parsed version of the web page where any chemical names in the page have been appended with a structure image of the identified name (denoted with dotted underline). By clicking on any structure image you are taken to the data page where all available structure based predictions can be shown for the structure.
- chemical name / file format content: Where a chemical name or structure file content is pasted into the landing page the corresponding structure is generated within the data page, again with all available structure based predictions
