Error every time page loads

Every single time I have tried to go to even the base site, this error pops up (I use Chrome and windows 10, if that helps at all):


This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Is this problem still occurs in your machine? Could you try to login within a private / incognito tab and check whether you are experiencing the same issue.
