How to open the downloaded results?

Hi,

I've calculated the properties of two structures and I would like to use the graphic of the pKas. I downloaded the results, I've got three *.SDF files (main, microspecies and similar_structures) but it is my first time using Chemicalize.org and I don't know how to open these files, and if it is possible to get the graphic of pKas.
