Not able to download structures from chemicalize.org

I uploaded a document and it seems 13 structures were recognized. However, I am not able to download the final result. I tried to use chrome, EDGE and Firefox, all failed.

Any update on this functionality of the website? I also find that chemicalize recognizes structures but does nothing when I try to download as an SDF or XLS. I have tried this with Chrome and Firefox.
