Getting data (.exe) of specific properties of peptides

Hi

I am researching
about peptides properties so, I would like get the archive (.exe .txt or
another) of specific chemical properties of all peptides such as: pI, all species (every net charge) so as % concentration in pH 3, polarizability and polar surface area.

It will be very
hard to type all peptides and collect these information in chemicalize.org. I intend
to link these properties with my data and this way understand my system.

Please, would it be possible?
