Name to structure downloads not working

I can successfully upload a pdf and Chemicalize retrieves 98 structures from it, but when I click the Download Structures dialogue and click to select a file type, nothing happens (for any of the file types). I'm using Firefox 31.0, but have also tried Chrome with the same failure to download. Is there anything else I need to do, like select which structures to download?

Same as above.

I am having similar problems for the document to structure feature. Although the number of compounds is shown the structure files cannot be downloaded.
