Incomplete structure patent extraction

Is there a memory limit that would cause incomplete structure patent extraction?  I experienced chemcurator processed a third of a patent PDF.

Thank you for your feedback. We do not have any limitation related the number of pages but as you mentioned correctly if you not have enough memory it may can cause problem like this. You can try to change the memory options according the documentation guidance:

Using Google Patent WO2015134998A1,  looks like it is getting through a third.

I tested the mentioned document. The annotation taken quite long time for me but finally successfully finished. We working on to reduce the memory requirements of the annotation process and ChemCurator in general. Hopefully these inprovements will solve issues like yours. As a workaround you can try to cut large documents to smaller parts and annotate them separately.
