LUNDBECK_SMARTS_filters

The first 50 SMARTS in the list do not have a name (but a number). These are all from the QED paper published by Andrew Hopkins. The filters at the end of the file - after the header "PAINS filters" contains explicit hydrogens and therefor should be used with care (e.g. when using OEchem toolkit we need to add explicit hydrogens to the compounds we search whereas this is not needed when we use PipelinePilot).
