Marvin JS Web Services 404

Hi, 

I recently receved the license for the marvin js web app. I have placed the license file on my tomcat server. I am trying to run the application on my locahost first and then intend to deploy it to AWS.

Even though the license file has been placed in the webhosting directory, I get the message as valid license not found on the editor. Before, I got the license, I also used to get a 404 on my browser console. So now I know, that the application is able to get the license but still its not been treated as a valid one. 

Also, all the webservices request that I make, I get a 404 error on all. I have deployed the webservices.war file in my tomcat. 

Any help on this issue is appreciated.
