Hi,
Running Win 8.1 64-bit, MS Office 2013 Pro Plus 32-bit, 32 and 64 bit Java and JDK/JRE 8u66. Installed JChem.NET API 16.1.1100.2775. .NET 3.5 has been activated.
When installing 32 bit InstantJChem, at the end of the instalation, I get an error message saying "Cannot run installdotnetapi.IJC.bat. Installation finishes and I am able to launch the program, but presumably something is not quite right with the installation.

Dear Gabor,
One post was about Marvin; the other was about InstantJChem. I got similar errors with each installation. However, the programs seem to be working.

Hi Rudy,
both use the same installer tool and similar logic, so that could be the problem.
The JChem .NET API is mainly needed for proper clipboard handling for MS Office applications.
