JChem runtime error in Word, Powerpoint and OneNote

Hi,

After installing the 64bit version of JChem for Office, I am unable to see the JChem tab in Word, PowerPoint and OneNote. However, the plugin does work fine for Excel. I am using Office 2013 64 bit on Windows 7.

In COM add-ins, the JChem plugin is disabled and when I attempt to enable them, I get the following error: Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during loading of the COM Add-in.

Any help on this problem would be much appreciated.

Which installer did you install exactly?

We recommend using the .exe installers.

Do you use MS Office with the same user that you installed JChem for Office with?

Additionally, you can find log files in you user home\AppData\Roaming\ChemAxon folder. Could you please zip and send them to jc4o-support at chemaxon.com in order to investigate them?

The version I installed is JChem_For_Office_15.2.900.2322.x64.exe

I am using it under the same user.

In the ChemAxon folder, I see logs for a CXNRegistryLib, CXNSharedAddin, JChem for Excel, and MarvinBeans. There doesn't seem to be a folder for JChem for Office. Should I expect it to be there?

Could you please provide your Office version?

My Word is "Microsoft Word 2013 (15.0.4693.1000) MSO (15.0.4693.1001) 64 bit"
