JChem for Excel 6.3.1 in Excel 2013 installation issues

Hi. I installed JChem for Excel but don't see the JChem toolbar in the Excel 2013 ribbon.  Could you help.

Which installer do you use? 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64)?

What platform of Office is installed on your machine? Is it 32 or 64-bit?

Office platform and JChem for Excel platform should be the same: both x86 or both x64.

I also installed
JChem for Excel but don't see the JChem toolbar in the Excel 2013 ribbon.  Help please. I downloaded the JChem versions [JChem_For_Excel_6.3.3.1903.x64
/ JChem_For_Excel_14.8.1800.675.x64], the windows platform of my pc is 64-bit
and the office 2013 I use is 64 bit!!!

In attach a
more illustrative presentation of that I have see until now…

JChem_For_Excel_14.9.800.888.x64]
and I saw the same problems described above…

Do you suggest
any version I can use? Please help

that ChemDrawn could be interfering with Jchem, so I uninstalled ChemDraw and installed Jchem again. Unfortuantelly It did not solved, I can not see Jchem in  Exel 2013... Please help...
