Hallo,
I cannot get JChem_For_Excel_6.2.0.954.x64.exe to install on my Win7x64 machine (Dell).
I have installed all the Win7 updates (22 Feb 2014).
The 32 bit version installed on my 32 bit machine about a year ago, no problems.
The 64 version does show up in the Control panel/Programs and features, but it does not even add the ChemAxon to the start button so that I can run the licence manager!
I have uninstalled it, downloaded again and installed it, with the same results.
Any help will be appreciated.

Dear Zeno,
What version of MS Office do you have on your Windows?
You can find it in File/Help (in case of Office 2010).
My Excel says:
About Microsoft Excel
Version: 14.0.7106.5003 (32-bit)
Is this 32 or 64-bit in your case?
If it is 32-bit, like mine, you should use our x86 installer.
If it is 64-bit, please provide some logging information for us. You can find the details here, please send the following log files to us:
- JChem_For_Excel_6.2.0.954.x64.exe /i /lvx* d:\temp\JCXL-install.log
- <user-home>\AppData\Roaming\ChemAxon\JChem for Excel\Installer.log
Analyzing these file we can get closer to the problem.
