I have just upgraded my Macbook. My applications were copied across from the old machine but now JChem does not run. I have tried reinstalling from a new download and this has not helped. When I click on the icon the program shuts down almost as it launches. Is this a known issue with new laptops running Mavericks, is it perhaps related to whether I have the right version of Java running?
