We don't support IE 8, but more modern browsers (IE 10 and Firefox 22) should work. What kinds of problems are you seeing?

Our Compound Registration is compatible with Firefox, even with the latest version (22). CompReg 6.0 version, which can be tried on the demo server (https://raas_demo_4.chemaxon.com/registration/register.html), is also compatible with IE9.
