MarvinSketch now has a very nice group rotation feature, where you can rotate one of the two groups connected by a bond with respect to the other group. Is such a feature available in MarvinJS? If not, are there plans to add it? I would like to be able to do something like on this page, but inside of MarvinJS.
It would be nice to couple this feature with one where I designate a dihedral about a bond, MarvinJS displays the value of the dihedral, and the value is continuously updated as the user rotates the groups around the bond. That would allow the user to set the dihedral to a particular value without having to enter the value.
