Issue with V3000 molfile

Hello,

We use Marvin JS (v 16.7.4) on ChemIDplus (https://chem.sis.nlm.nih.gov/chemidplus/) and it works great on most structures and, according to the web site, it also works with V3000 molfiles.

However, when I paste the text of a molfile into the import box, I see an error message 'molfile version not supported (V3000)'

What am I missing to get a V3000 molfile into Marvin JS?

Hi Mitch,

You cannot import/export  Mol V3000 files from Marvin JS import/export dialog in that page, because Marvin JS is missing a setting to import/export any formats except MRV and MDL Mol V2000. 

If you need this functionality you need to contact the operator of the webpage, or the system administrator.

(They need to make MolConvert web service available for Marvin JS.
