Given that Java browser plugins are going to be going away soon, it would be great if we could have a JavaScript substitute for MarvinView. The greatest virtue of MarvinView, as opposed to a static image, is the ability to rotate a structure in 3D. Now that this feature is available in Marvin JS, it would be great if we could create a Marvin JS instance that had no toolbars and had the 2D or 3D rotate tool enabled by default (depending on the coordinates of the structure). I would very much appreciate it if you could make these options available sometime in the next few months.
