I'd like to know if it's possible to export the structure of the selected area with a javascript function.

Hi Tamas,

There is no javascript function in Marvin JS to export selected structures, however you can write a web service in java to do it.

Here you can find an example, how you can manage the selection in Marvin JS:

Please, note that to write your own web services you need to have Marvin Beans licence.
