Marvin Sketch 4 Javacript load mrv incorrectly

Hi, I have the following mrv file, which loads perfectly on Marvin Sketch Java. However, when I use Marvin Sketch for JS, it gives a bunch of overlaying atoms. See picture.

The attached mrv file does not contain atomic coordinates. The java based Marvin call a 2D clean automatically in these kind cases. We cannot do this in case of Marvin4JS, because 2D clean is a sever side functionality. Please click on the 2D button after import.( If you have several of them, please convert them at first with molconvert using -2 option (http://www.chemaxon.com/marvin/help/applications/molconvert.html)
