Requesting group discussion about 5.12 priorities

Hello IJC Collaborative Development Forum Members!

I would like to propose we organize a phone call to discuss the 5.12 backlog.  I think we've all had a go at it individually, now I'm interested to see if there are opportunities to find more alignment to help prevent diluting the priorities all together (and consequently the development).  

If we talked through it collectively we might find places where we would make some trade offs in priorities, or gain a better appreciation of the implications of some of those items that we don't think quite apply to our inidividual cases/scenarios.

To affect the priorities for 5.12, we would need to organize a call as soon as possible, probably this week(?), so if you think it's a good idea, include availability next week in your reply.

thank you for proposing this. Let me organize the gotomeeting session once the time is agreed.

I'm available whole week from Tuesday to Friday everyday 15-18 CET (14-17 UK time and 9-12 US East).

Personally I would prefer Thursday as it would give us two more days to discuss plans within IJC team.

Dana, anyone has replied to you directly? If nobody, I'd propose Thursday 4:30pm CET / 10:30am US East time. Please let me know if it's OK for you and I will arrange gotomeeting session.

I have had no other direct replies, but thursday is not possible.  I am free that same time Wed., and any time in the AM on Friday.

Next week Monday and Tuesday are very busy, but Wednesday would work.

Next Wednesday is OK for me (anytime during the same time range 15-18 CET).

Just note: we are already working on some features for 5.12 according to your priorities. I will post the current plan by next Monday. Then we will have probably 5 more weeks for feature development and few more weeks for stabilization. So not too much time remaining for 5.12.

Next Wed the 10th of October is fine, other than the 10-11:30 Am US Eastern time, but perhaps we could have it either 8 or 9 am eastern, which be more favorable in Europe :-)
