How do I mix molecules as if in a bottle?

I have 250 molecules and want to mix the molecules, as if they were in a bottle. How do I mix them in Marvin?

Thanks for using Chemaxon softwares and ask questions. Unfortunately I can't understand exactly what you mean on "mix the molecules, as if they were in a bottle". Do you mean place the molecule on the canvas in random arrangement?

Please tell us some more detail.
