Read error after molecule 0: Reference numbers to S-groups

Hi,

I spent most of today compiling epoxy reaction using MarvinSketch and the multipage function.

After saving I'm now told the following:

'Read error after molecule 0:
Reference numbers to S-groups does not match number of S-groups.'

 

There is also a long list of Java exceptions following.

Can anybody tell me why this happend? And what I can do to fix it? Marvin is great, but this wasted almost a day....

 Hi Ivo,

The mrv you've provided contained an empty Sgroup with invalid bracket coordinates.

I've deleted it and now the file reads correctly, see the attached file.

Can you tell us how you've created the brackets and if you've encountered strange behaviour during  drawing? (Disappearing brackets or something like that.)
