ChemDraw CDX import prolobem for peptides

Hi there,

 

We are having problems importing CDX chemDraw peptide structures into marvin 6.1.3.  Some do not import at all (examples attached -peptide 2) or they are importing quite a poor import (peptide 1 in the files attached)

 

Is there anything that can be done regarding this?

thank you for reporting these bugs as well, we could reproduce them and have recorded it in our issue tracking system as well. We will get back to you when the fix is available.

Hi Megan,

the 6.3 version will contain the fix for the import failure. Our system is not prepared for the second problem yet (one label has more connection points), we are thinking about the solution.
