Sorry for possibility of naive q.  Is there a way to copy and paste md simulation into ppt.  Using Mac version. Thanks!

Hi Andrew,

I think this is an actual question now, thank you for that.

Data Transfer component will work under Windows only.
But as far as I know Istvan Fajth improved that normal copy-paste functionality/stuff under Mac.

Pifta could you confirm this?

If you even want to use Data Transfer service please use Mac Parallels.

Hi Andrew,

currently you can only copy the frames of the MD animation one by one from the result as an image from the opening result viewer (To do so use right click on the sturcture then Edit->Copy As in the result view). Maybe you can use an external tool to create an animation from the images.

Or you can use the Save All in the File menu of the result view, and molconvert to convert the structures to image files, if the animation has too many frames.

Currently we do not plan to implement the support of copying animations, but it could be a nice feature, but i think this is a low priority for us currently.

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Pifta
