Just installed Knime 2.11.2 on my Mac, but I have trouble installing the JChem Extensions when the Erl Wood extensions are already installed. Please see the error below:

Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.
Software being installed: ChemAxon/Infocom JChem Extensions Feature 2.8.2.v0301 (jp.co.infocom.cheminfo.jchem.feature.feature.group 2.8.2.v0301)

Only one of the following can be installed at once:
ChemAxon/Infocom JChem Libraries for JChem and Marvin Extensions 14.11.24.0 (jp.co.infocom.cheminfo.jchemlib 14.11.24.0)
ChemAxon/Infocom JChem Libraries for JChem and Marvin Extensions 15.2.9.0 (jp.co.infocom.cheminfo.jchemlib 15.2.9.0)

To: bundle jp.co.infocom.cheminfo.jchemlib [5.11.0,15.0.0)

I tried reversing the installation order (first JChem Extensions, then Erl Wood), but the problem persists.

Any solutions at hand?

Hi,

The Erlwood nodes seems to define the upper limit of the JChem libraries to 15.0.0.
However, the latest version of my nodes uses JChem/Marvin 15.2.9.
Because, the version numbering will be date based in the format yy.mm.dd.

Therefore, we have to wait for their updating.
(They have already known this problem, so I think that they will release fixed version.)

Thank you for your time and kindly cooperation.

Best,
Taka

Thanks. Is there a possibility to use an earlier version of the JChemExtensions in the mean time?If so, how can this be done?

After receiving the previous version of the JChemExtensions from Taka via e-mail I was able to downgrade and solve the issue for the time being.

Thanks, Sander.
