#NAME? error and can't see structures

I just installed Microsoft 2013 and newest version of Jchem for Excel.  I can't see structures unless I actually click them one by one.  What should I do to fix this problem?

Yes, sure.  How will you look at my computer?  Would you like me to make screen shots or is there way for you guys to check it out?  After reinstalling JChem for Excel 15.3.9 and removing Marvin bean, it is not showing #NAME?, but still structures are not showing unless I click it one by one.  In the attached snapshot, you can see the first column one structure once I click it, but no structures are shown when I close that little window.
