Academic Licence not issued

A couple of weeks ago I duly registerd in ChemAxon and applied for Academic and Resrearch licence. Since then I am waiting for the licence issued on my mail. Is my application rejected or some other problems with my application. Currently I am using the basic free version of marvin but most of the features I am intrested in are alavilable in licened version. Hope my situation is understood.
