FreeWeb license on Standardizer

Hello!

I work under the project devoted to the structural interpretation of QSAR models, and want to make it publicly available for free. The usage of Standardizer will be very valuable for this purpose. How can I get the license on FreeWeb package or at least on Standardizer tool? If you need some detailed information please ask me.

I wanted to get a FreeWeb License for by using a my website ict-chem.ccjournals.eu.  I send letter by describing my project to e-mail adress acpack _at_ chemaxon.com. The answer to my email address admin _at_ ict-chem.ccjournals.eu has not come. Something is wrong with the registration of the proposal?
