A problem to import SD files into Instant JChem

A problem to import SD files into Instant JChem as you can see below from the screen shot. The sub-window on the left wide came from my operation, showing insufficient access rights, while the one on the right side came from Instant JChem Help/Import and Export. Could you please suggest how to solve this problem so that I can play with importing SD files? Thank you.

  

 

It looks like you don't have installed license file. You can either to download evaluation license from

please may i ask which O/S and it's version number do you use please ?

I have tried an import to a derby structure table and work fine on windows 7.

You might also try and re-create your schema and re-try import.

We have replicated the result you can see and it is if the IJC license file is missing or misnamed.

 

Please check with the Sales team you have the correct license.cxl file and then register it with the IJC License manager.
