subquery and join

Hi All,

In light of a QSAR project that we are converting all our data to intant jchem. I've made a derby database, with a table containing peptidic building blocks and a table describing the amino acid combinations (like in sequence).

My simple question is, can I write (parts) of my own queries in text and still use the chemical structures ?

Hi Reggy,

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly.

It's certainly possible to search for the structure and have part of a query in text (different field in db). Is that what you mean?
