How do you add pubchem and other molecule sources?

Please I am desperate. If someone could also direct me to a good tutorial for at least learning the basic functionalities of Instant JChem that would be insanely helpful!

There is a few tutorials on the website in written form, where you can follow the procedure easily. For the very beginning I recommend this one: http://www.chemaxon.com/instantjchem/ijc_latest/docs/user/tutorials/import/htmlFiles/import_sd_file.html explaining file import and some other basic operations with data.

Another very good source to start with Instant JChem are the animations. You can find these in our library on the website, for direct access please refer to https://www.chemaxon.com/library/?search=instant%20jchem&content-type=tutorial&page=1.
