If I submit CC=C=CC to the StereoisomerPlugin, with stereoisomerism type set to BOTH, I should get the two enantiomers of the allene back, but I only get the original structure.
I also get only one structure back for CC=C=C=CC.
It seems to me that now that you are able to consider axial and cumulene chirality in searches, you should be able to apply it to stereoisomer generation.
