Hi,
I have been looking for the LogP of several substances and I found differences between LogP of chemicalize and SciFinder Database in the cases of 4-Formylamino antipyrine (4-FAA) and 4-Amino Antipytine (4-AAA) . In Scifinder, the logP of 4-FAA is -1.234 and in chemicalize is 0.33. Regarding 4-AAA, in SciFinder they provide a logP of -0.885 and in chemicalize.org is 0.11.
I would be very grateful if you could help me with this doubt.

Hi!
Sorry for the delay in response, something is apparently wrong with the notifications.
I'll move the topic to a different forum where the experts should be able to answer you.

Hi,
I would be very grateful if you could help me with this doubt.
I think Chemaxon's logP is over predicted with "0.7-0.8" logP units.
I would propose these logP values: "-0.5" for 4-AAA and "-0.7" for 4-FAA
Thanks for reporting this problem.
