I am using the standalone Standardizer version 5.4.0.1.
The Mesomerize function followed by Neutralize leads to a net reduction of the double bond. This should not occur. Mesomerize leads to a carbenium ion (which is wrong) and "neutralization" of the carbenium ion apparently involves hydride addition. Thus it appears that both steps lead to incorrect outputs.
