I'm using Standardizer 5.4.0.0. When I input the attached molecule and use the Tautomerize action, the output is an aromatic form. It is my understanding that Tautomerize should produce dearomatized outputs. Furthermore, if I run the same compound through using Tautomerize then Dearomatize, the output is still in the aromatic form.
Please let me know how I can get the dearomatized output for this compound.

Hi,
I have tried the " tauotmerize tool" of Marvin on the on official site (with the version 5.4.0). I got 3 dearomatized structures. See the attached picture.
Is there a bug in the standardizer code(?). One of my collegaue will respond soon.

Hi,
I was able to repeat your bug. This bug is really in the dearomatization step. I fixed it.
The fixed version will appear asap.
